01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bingop website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional offer on bingop, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the bingop platform.

bingop reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active bingop account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of bingop or any of its subsidiaries, partners, or licensors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from bingop or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

bingop reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. All information submitted to bingop must be kept current and accurate. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bingop platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bingop employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts identified as duplicates.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your bingop login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your bingop account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including family members or friends.
• Logging out of your bingop account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

bingop will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, bingop may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect the security of your funds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bingop supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: All deposits into your bingop wallet are processed in real time where technically possible. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit. bingop does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your bingop account, or a method registered to your verified account identity.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal can be requested.
• bingop reserves the right to request additional identification documents prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

bingop reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds in your bingop account that remain dormant for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in your account settings.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bingop offers various bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus on bingop, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on bingop contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: bingop reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of systematic exploitation, abuse, or breach of promotion terms.

bingop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be notified of material changes where practicable.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bingop platform are provided by certified third-party game studios and are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. bingop does not alter or influence the outcome of any game. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, genuine physical dealing procedures overseen by trained croupiers.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are available within individual game information panels. bingop does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager placed on the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bingop will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available game logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, bingop reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. The decision of bingop's technical team shall be final in such circumstances.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bingop platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one bingop account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovered issue must be reported to bingop immediately.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation, matched betting, or arbitrage strategies in violation of promotion terms.
• Using the bingop platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward bingop staff or other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingop platform — including but not limited to the bingop name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bingop or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bingop platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bingop platform without prior written consent from bingop.

Any unauthorised use of bingop's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the bingop platform or any service thereon.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from bingop.
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through bingop by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content published on the Platform.

bingop's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingop account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

bingop collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on bingop, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bingop implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and bingop cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

bingop will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, or law enforcement agencies where required by law or in the course of fraud prevention activities.

11 Responsible Gaming

bingop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• bingop has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point.
• You have opened multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires bingop to restrict your access.
• You have requested self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming framework.

You may also close your bingop account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. bingop is not obligated to return bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bingop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bingop will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of bingop following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the bingop platform, you agree to first contact bingop's support team to seek an informal resolution. bingop will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. Nothing in this clause shall limit bingop's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
